You

  • Have a proven track record of growing the userbase of a community/consumer product from scratch
  • Outstanding analytical mindset
  • A holistic approach to solving complex problems
  • Like the pace and vibe of working in a small team
  • Live in the EU, as we’d like to get everyone together in the same room every 8 weeks

About the position

Responsibilities

  • Drive relevant traffic to Literal, social media and mobile apps
  • Help us understand and optimize the journey from unaware to loving Literal
  • Work with influencers and companies in the book industry to organically spread the awareness of Literal
  • Discover new demographics that could get value from using Literal and how to reach them effectively
  • Come up with new ways to organically grow the userbase of Literal

Must have

  • Hands on experience with analytics tools
  • Ability to execute on your ideas
  • Creative approach to growth that goes beyond paid marketing
  • Solid editing and copywriting skills (english)

Nice to have

  • Ability to do basic photo editing/visual design to create marketing assets in Figma, Sketch or similar
  • Rudimentary understanding of HTML/CSS
